CRMJ Criminal Justice Internship s.h. An intensive internship program in appropriate agencies or departments directly related to criminal justice, law enforcement, or corrections. Placements will be supervised by department faculty and developed in conjunction with the interests of the student. (Graded on a Pass/Fail basis.). The purpose of the Criminal Justice undergraduate program is to provide students interested in the law enforcement, criminal law, corrections and the criminal court system with a broad educational background emphasizing the social sciences, and at the same time providing basic knowledge in the criminal justice field to the extent of specialization compatible with general university and school.
Graduate students without prior criminal justice or private security work experience are highly encouraged to complete CJ - Graduate Internship (see Criminal Justice Master Degree Requirements).
